There's no denying it... Spring 2008 in eastern Pennsylvania is here. The grass is turning green, the birds are back in town and the weather's turning friendlier. Unlike my days as a kid, I'm not shedding a tear for Old Man Winter's vacation. I'm sure he'll be back soon.
